The Client must place all orders on mineralmakeup.com.au using the online shopping cart system. Eternity Designs International Pty. Ltd may at any point discontinue a packaging style, range, colour or entire category without prior notice to you and the standard disclaimers outlined below shall apply.

The Client hereby agrees with “Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd.” that the Client shall and does hereby free release and discharge to the extent permitted by law “Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd.” from and against all claims actions suits or demands arising out of the supply by “Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd.” to the Client of the Products hereunder and the Client hereby further agrees with “Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd.” that the Client shall to the extent permitted by law indemnify and keep indemnified “Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd.” from and against all claims actions suits or demands made against “Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd.” in respect of the Products or any breach by the Client of the provisions of the within Agreement or on any other account whatsoever which claim action suit or demand may be made by any person or corporation and in respect of financial, personal injury or damage to property of any and all associated parties.

The Client hereby agrees with "Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd." that the Client shall be liable in full for any and all legal fees, charges and expenses that Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd. may need to incurr, as a result of the Client initiating any legal action or legal threats against Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd. or its representatives and the terms of the standard disclaimer herein shall apply.

The Client hereby agrees with "Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd." that the Client waives all right to supply by Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd. for any goods and or services, should the client make a legal accusation or threat of misconduct or breach of any legal act against Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd., or its representatives, either verbally, written or otherwise. Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd. will immediately cease any or all manufacture and will notify the client given 28 days in writing of their intention to discontinue supply in accordance with the Australian Trade Practices Act, and the Standard Disclaimers herein shall apply.
