You will store cosmetics below 25 degrees C. all times in a cool, dark place. Keep display units protected from sun or heat. “Eternity Designs” shall not be liable to the Client for any deterioration of any Products not correctly transported or stored. Regardless of when the deterioration is communicated. Our formulation team can instantly identify when this has occurred by assessing the return stock's characteristics. You understand that sea or road freight is not suitable for liners, lipsticks or mascaras.

Eternity Designs reserves the right to: at any time, adjust, alter, discontinue or withdrawal from sale completely, a price point, entire range, certain colour's, packaging style, themes, cases, product ingredients and or entire ranges - which have been previously promoted on mineralmakeup.com.au - without any prior notice or communication, and the standard disclaimer (below) shall apply.

Items which have been shipped but lost in transit are non refundable and non exchangeable. We can not control the movement of parcels once they have left our premises. For a signature-required delivery, please request that a courier be consigned in the "comments" box upon check-out, and the additional costs will be invoiced to you - for payment before shipping is made.

Minor symmetry imperfections that may occur to liners or lipsticks, are deemed beyond our control and do not impact on the merchantable quality of the product, but are a feature of handcrafted cosmetics.
Please purchase a single unit sampler before you order in sets.

We can and will only accept cancellations for orders that are communicated to us in writing no later than 48 hours from the moment your order was placed. Where payment was processed on this, you will incur a 5% cancellation charge - no exceptions.

Sample Kits are a one time use only product intended as a colour sample only. Do not store or re-use the cosmetics for longer than a 24 hours period after opening. Sample bags are 100% non refundable, we do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations on this product - no exceptions.

Orders will not be shipped until paid for in full. This includes any and all missing freight components - regardless of the urgency of the order. Thank you for your understanding.

Standard Disclaimer: The Client hereby agrees with “Eternity Designs” that the Client shall and does hereby free release and discharge to the extent permitted by law “Eternity Designs” from and against all claims actions suits or demands arising out of the supply by “Eternity Designs” to the Client of the Products hereunder and the Client hereby further agrees with “Eternity Designs” that the Client shall to the extent permitted by law indemnify and keep indemnified “Eternity Designs” from and against all claims actions suits or demands made against “Eternity Designs” in respect of the Products or any breach by the Client of the provisions of the within Agreement or on any other account whatsoever which claim action suit or demand may be made by any person or corporation and in respect of financial, personal injury or damage to property of any and all associated parties. This is an express condition of sale.
