Any item with a clients logo, stamp, sticker or label on it can not be returned for credits.
A return will only be part credited or fully credited by the issuance of a Gift Voucher of the return value.
If cosmetics are returned in with scratches or damage due to poor packing by you - you will not be granted a credit and the goods will be shipped back to you C.OD Freight. No Exceptions. Under such circumstances we reserve the right to discontinue supply to you in future.
To commence a Return:
- Email info@mineralmakeup.com.au immediately (within 7 days of delivery) notifying them of your request.
- If it is outside 7 days - you will not be granted a Return ID number no matter what the circumstances. No Exceptions
- Assuming it is within 7 days from receiving your order - a return ID will be allocated to you.
- Once items are inspected by staff and our formulation team, you will be notified if a full or partial credit voucher will be issued to you.
We will not accept a return by mail until a Return ID Code has been given to you. Please put this code on the box that is being returned.
Refunds & Credits
Cancellations
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund. For all other orders the following will apply. All Cancellation based refunds (pre -sale) refunds will fall under the Cancellation Policy - and those charges will apply.
Returns of Stock
All return-oriented (post sale) refunds are issued as a store credit.
Any items which have been used (seals removed) are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds If:
- If you select the incorrect product code / colour
- Damaged during freight/shipping
- Lost Parcels in Post
- Your Sales Lag or are Slow
- Minor Batch Variances are Noticed
- Complaints due to the texture or application of a product that shows No merchant defect or Batch defect
- If your items are near expiration due to you over purchasing to benefit from a price point.
- or other reasons as notified to you by staff after inspection of your products.
Please select a Tester and a variety of mini Colour Sample Pots before you purchase full cosmetic products.
