GMP Statement

The Directors of the company wish to issue the following public statement.

Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd.

• All equipment is sterilized before and after each production run.
• All contact parts are 316 grade stainless steel during the manufacture of our mineral makeup. (And or single use, sterile, disposable materials).
• Cosmetics are manufactured under a strict sterile environment
• Production room air filtration and filters are within Australian National EPA Standards and are accompanied by my manufacturers statements at point of installation.
• Access to the production rooms requires full protective attire including disposable garments and authorized security pass.
• All staff onsite wear protective clothing covers, including gloves, masks, hair nets, and face masks.
• Staff with allergies or colds are not permitted onsite.
• Access to the production facility can only be made by authorized personnel, a sign in register is mandatory.
• Our premises are 24 hour security monitored both externally and internally at all access points.
• All inbound shipments are quarantined before admission into the holding warehouse. Where a shipment displays signs of infestation or damage the consignments are rejected entry and returned to source.
• Batch samples of all ingredients and finished product are tagged, recorded, tested with a dual sign-off sheet and stored in a secure independent location for security reasons.
• Batch samples of raw materials are retained with corresponding documentation for all inbound shipments and variations outside of standards are rejected. All samples are filed off site.
• Where batch reworks are required full documentation of the rework is maintained on file in accordance with EU GMP requirements.
• Where applicable products manufactured for mineralmakeup.com.au carry a batch number on the cosmetic product. Or an expiry date where applicable.
