About Factory Direct Purchasing
Unlike a distributor, or a branded cosmetic, this website is a Manufacturer-Direct sales website, so it is important that you are aware of the following:
- A minimum order of AUD$110 applies to all internet orders.
(This is before freight or GST).
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order on average. The cosmetic industry has 6-8 week manufacturing lead times per client's order however at mineralmakeup.com.au we have smashed these by over 75%. Pre Christmas and New Years our lead times are 6-8 weeks.
- All orders, enquiries and after sales support are 100% virtual. They need to be made by email or online live chat.
- Samples are a critical first step - future orders are easy and instantaneous - please do not cut corners samples are essential. Please think of this as an investment in your brand, not a cost. It is critical.
- A tester unit will allow you enough product to trial the item for a few consecutive days or weeks, in its final formal packaging.
- A sample pot or bag will allow you enough product to sample the feel and colour of the blend, a great way to test a raw material or cosmetic 'fill'.
