Do you have a sales rep who can come and visit me?

No. This is a purely online business model which serves international clients 24 hours a day. Therefore we are unable to service clients through a roaming sales rep network.

I am fed up with my current supplier - they have stuffed me around for the last time - if i send you their blends, can you make them for me?

As sorry as we are to hear about your unpleasant experience - unfortunately no we do not offer this anymore. Please select from the products our beautiful cosmetic ranges.

I cant find a telephone number and I would like to talk to somebody!

The mineralmakeup.com.au 100% Virtual online store handles all enquiries through electronic mediums - Live chat communication is through the Volusion online chat software direct to our factory Office. You can also email your enquiry (preferred). Our headquarters are in Sydney Australia - online chat will appear offline outside Business Hours. Should you however have a serious business concern, our Managers will contact you.

Can i come out and see you in person.

No. But the good news is that its not required! The consultation room will come to you in the form of your sample pack! This online trade portal services a large global network of clients - our operation works perfectly to cater to the needs of international, interstate & long-distance startups. We are not a Private Label service, with sales reps. This is pure prefilled unbranded.

Are custom colours possible?

I want to add a special ingredient ?

This blurrs the boundaries between Prefilled Unbranded, Private Label and Contract Manufacturing (which this website is not). Formulation changes are not possible. Try creative packaging to give your range a point of difference.

I have my own jars. Can I buy just the bulk cosmetic powder?

mineralmakeup.com.au no longer supplies bulk cosmetic powders to the marketplace. However we do have a sister company which does! If you need further information please click on the right hand link of this page called "Bulk Materials".

Do you have liners, lipsticks or primers?

To stay true to the Mineral Makeup market range, we no longer offer creams and non-mineral cosmetics on this website hereforward. A primer will remain.

Who else buys cosmetics from you?

We do not disclose this information unless a client has told us it is o.k for us to share this information with others.

Ive heard titanium dioxide is poisionous good for you, is this true?

No. The research was undertaken in an industrial context which has no relevance to the cosmetic or food industry. Its used in icecreams to give it a bright white as well. Yum!

Can we have the recipe or Product Information Package (PIP)

No. We are happy to supply you a Certificate of Analysis if required. However all PIP, formulations and methods of manufacture are the intellectual property of Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd and are not available for full disclosure.
