Cancellations Policy
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund.
Where an order is cancelled after it has been manufactured a 50% cancellation charge will now apply.
Where an order is cancelled after a courier is booked for dispatch, or the item is actually on rout to the client a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
To Cancel The Order:
- Email info@mineralmakeup.com.au with the request.
- Place in the subject Title of your email the following information
- Cancellation Request - Order ID (insert Number here) - Your Name.
- A confirmation by email will be sent to you confirming it has been done.
- If you do not receive this confirmation - redo the above.
For whatever reason that you are cancelling, the above policy and charges will apply.
