ANIMAL Testing Statement (Policy)

The Directors of the company wish to issue the following public statement.

We provide a range of colour cosmetic products which are safe and effective when used by consumers in accordance with their intended purpose and their instructions for storage and proper use.

These products are compliant with quality standards and other relevant ingredient legislation's, laws and regulations worldwide.

Eternity Designs International Pty Ltd (formerly Eternity Designs) and its subsidiaries do not undertake any animal testing.

We do not test finished cosmetics on animals.
We do not test ingredients on animals.
We do not contract any third parties to undertake any finished cosmetic, or ingredient testing on animals on our behalf.

We test on people, who have voluntarily agreed to participate in our product tests.

We also believe by using natural ingredients and non toxic, and non hazardous ingredients that the need for animal testing will decrease. This is why we do not use any nano ingredients in any cosmetics. Nor nano coated ingredients.

Our global policy is to eliminate any such animal testing from being carried out - completely - and to help support and encourage parties who are working on alternative forms of non-animal testing; and, furthermore, to support the development of different technological innovations which will eventually replace animal testing altogether within pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries globally.
